Quotation are invited for Gym Facility/Fitness Membership for U.S. Embassy ODP Officers. The U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi invites quotations from qualified vendors to provide services of a gym facility/fitness membership that should meet U.S. Government standards for equipment and operation. If you would like to submit a quotation, see attached solicitation/RFQ package and follow the instructions in section 3 of the RFQ. Quotations are due by January 28, 2026, at 12:00 pm. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov, copying KunnelBB@state.gov. Please mark the subject line Quotation Enclosed RFQ No. PR15744335. The file size must not exceed 10 MB. If the file size should exceed 10 MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10 MB each.
