• The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Construction Work, Which Deals With The Construction Of A New Road Bridge Over The Velička River On Adamovská Street In The Village Of Velká Nad Veličkou. • The Existing Bridge Is In A Very Bad Condition - According To The Last Major Inspection, The Structural Condition Of The Supporting Structure Is Graded V - Poor. Also, The Spatial Solution Of Communication On The Bridge And Abutments Does Not Meet The Existing Standard Requirements, Especially Due To The Lack Of A Sidewalk. The Bridge Is Two-Pole, So The Middle Pillar In The Bridge Opening Prevents The Flow Of Water In The River. The Bridge Thus Poses A Risk During Floods If The Opening Is Blocked By A Raft Or If The Foundations Of The Bridge Are Ground Down Due To Its Collapse. The Owner And Administrator Of The Bridge (The Municipality Of Velká Nad Veličkou) Decided To Completely Reconstruct The Bridge In Order To Ensure Safe Operation. The Purpose Of The Construction Is To Construct A New Bridge Structure In Place Of The Existing One, Which Will Ensure The Safe Transfer Of Traffic, Including Pedestrians. • The Existing Bridge Will Therefore Be Removed And A New Bridge Will Be Built In Its Place, Meeting The Current Standard Requirements. The Location And Spatial Arrangement Of The New Bridge Will Be Slightly Adjusted (Expanded) So That The Purpose Of The Construction Is Fulfilled. • The Construction Of The New Bridge Will Be Carried Out Within Four Buildings. So 101 – Traffic Engineering Measures Temporary Traffic Measures (Road Closure) Will Be Implemented In This Building During The Reconstruction Of The Bridge. During The Reconstruction Of The Bridge, The Road At The Bridge Site Will Be Closed To All Traffic. Car Traffic Will Be Transferred To Other Local Roads Within The Municipality, Without Determining A Specific Detour Route. So 102 – Sidewalk In This Building, A Part Of The Left-Bank Sidewalk On The Instructional Side Of The Bridge Will Be Repaired With A Length Of 50 M. The Sidewalk Will Be Approximately 2.0 M Wide. Its Surface Will Be Of Interlocking Paving. It Will Be Bordered In The First Part Of 14 M Length By Sidewalk Curbs And Greenery, And In The Second Part Of 36 M Length By Road Curbs And Retaining Wall Ledges. So 201 – Bridge The Main Construction Object Of The Building. As Part Of This Facility, The Existing Bridge Will Be Demolished And A New Bridge Will Be Built. During The Demolition, All Above-Ground Structures Of The Existing Bridge Will Be Removed. There Will Also Be The Removal Of Underground Parts, Including Foundations, Which Conflict With The Construction Of The New Bridge. It Is Assumed That The Existing Constructions Will Be Dismantled By Construction Mechanization Into Suitable Parts And Their Removal And Storage At The Landfill. The New Bridge Is Designed As A Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Frame With An Arched Transom Of One Span. It Is A Very Economical, Maintenance-Free Construction. By Eliminating Complex Details (Closures, Bearings), Future Maintenance Requirements Are Minimized. It Is Also A Sufficiently Massive Structure, Resistant To Displacement And Deformation During Extraordinary Events (Floods, Etc.). By Removing The Intermediate Support Compared To The Existing Bridge, The Flow Profile Of The Bridge Will Increase. We Assume The Foundation To Be Deep On Micropiles. The Transverse Arrangement On The Bridge Is Designed With Regard To The Type Of Communication And Low Traffic Intensity. On The Bridge, A 6.0 M Wide Bituminous Road Will Be Constructed Between The Curbs. The Sidewalk On The Bridge Will Be Built On The Right Ledge With A Basic Width Of 1.50 M. A Ledge With A Width Of 0.50 M Is Proposed On The Left Side Of The Bridge. Steel Bridge Railings With A Height Of 1.1 M Will Be Installed On Both Sides Of The Bridge. The Construction Pit Will Be Made For The Most Part As A Trench, Only In The Direction Of The Watercourse It Will Be Freely Open With The Slope Of The Excavation Slopes 1:1. During The Construction Period, The Flow Under The Bridge Will Be Carried Out Using A Pipe Line. As Part Of This Building, The Watercourse Bed Will Also Be Modified. The Riverbed Will Be Strengthened On The Banks With Stone Paving In A Concrete Bed. The Strengthening Of The Flow Will Be Connected In Height And Direction To The Existing Condition. The Existing Sills Will Be Preserved At The Foot Of The Banks. The Remaining Area Of The Bed, I.E. The Bottom Of The Watercourse, Will Be Preserved In Its Original Natural State. Here, The Terrain Will Be Cleaned Of Deposits After The Construction Work Is Completed (After The Middle Pillar Is Removed). Then The Equation Will Be Made From A Stone Weighing Min. 500 Kg. In Plan, It Will Exceed The Cornices By 1 M On Both Sides. The Surrounding Terrain On The Banks Outside The Paving Will Be Slightly Over-Sloped, Humus-Covered And Grassed. As Part Of This So, The Road Will Be Modified On Both Abutments Of The Bridge. The Modification Will Be Carried Out Only In The Minimum Length, Absolutely Necessary For The Smooth Connection Of The New Bridge Building. The Total Length Of The Road Improvement (Including The Bridge) Will Be 29.18 M. Handling Of Eg.D Cables According To Dsps Conditions (See Ex. No. 7). So 202 – Retaining Wall This Building Object Repairs The Existing Left Bank Wall On The Instructional Side Of The Bridge. It Will Be Rehabilitated In A Length Of 2 M And Extended In A Length Of 12 M. This Will Ensure The Stability Of The Bank And Thus The Pavement. The Bank Along The Wall Will Be Strengthened With Stone Paving In Concrete With A Concrete Threshold. • So 501 – Stl Gasnet Gas Pipeline Crossing To The Left Of The Supporting Structure Of The Existing Bridge, The Stl Gas Pipeline Owned And Managed By Gasnet S.R.O. Is Installed. As The Gas Pipeline Is Attached To The Existing Supporting Structure Of The Bridge, The Gas Pipeline Cannot Be Maintained In Its Current Position. The Pipeline Will Be Rerouted To A New Route Outside The Future Excavation For The New Bridge. The Designer Proposes To Transfer The Gas Pipeline Under The Bottom Of The Stream To The Left Side Of The Bridge Through Pressure Between The Banks. The Relocation Will Be Carried Out Before The Start Of Construction Work On The Bridge. The Content Of This So Is All Work On The Gas Pipeline Switch. • Cetin Underground Metallic Line In Its Current State, The Metallic Communication Line In Front Of Abutment 1 And On The Right Side Of The Bridge Is Managed By Cetin A.S. Repositioning Of Communication Cables Will Not Be Necessary. Only The Necessary Adjustments Specified In The Dsps Will Be Made (See Ex. No. 7).
