The Municipality Of Sodankylä Is Requesting Bids For The Construction Of The 3Rd Phase Of The Kylälaakso Terraced Houses Project As A Divided Contract. Project Summary: The Goal Of The Project Is To Renew The Building Stock Of Kylälaakso (Block 14) In Such A Way That There Are Living Solutions For People Over 65 Years Of Age Suitable For Different Life Situations, Barrier-Free, And Promoting Community And Functionality In A Comfortable Living Environment. The Purpose Of The Construction Project Is To Replace The Existing Townhouses In Kylälaakso With New Construction. The Goal Is To Take Care Of The Flexibility Of The Apartments To Meet The Needs Of The Residents In Changing Life Situations. At All Stages Of The Project, Participation Is Ensured At Least In Accordance With A Separate Participation And Communication Plan. The Project Is Implemented In Stages: 1. Phase: 2024-2025 20 Apartments (16 One-Room Apartments And 4 Two-Room Apartments) As Replacement Spaces And A Separate Technical Space. Implemented2. Phase: 2025 Dismantling Done3. Phase: 2026-2027 18 Apartments And Communal Space + Part Of The Yard Area 4Th Phase: 2027 Demolition 5Th Phase: 2028-2029 20 – 30 Apartments6. Phase: 2029 Completion Of The Yard Area Tenders Are Now Being Requested For The Construction Of The 3Rd Phase, Which Includes Three Different Buildings. Building C Has 9 Studios Of Approx. 33 M2, Building G Has 9 Studios Of Approx. 33 M2, And Building I Has Vss And Communal Spaces. The Architectural Plans For The 3Rd Phase Have Been Drawn Up And The Main Designer Of The Project Is Architect Eija Rantala From Arkkitehdit Rantala & Kankaanpää Oy.
