Object Of The Public Procurement Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa) Is The Provision Of A Service With Code 50640000 Warship Repair And Maintenance Services, According To The Nomenclature Of The Common Terminology Dictionary (Cpv). 2.2. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For A Period Of 48 (Forty-Eight) Months For The Provision Of A Service Under Dock Repair Of Ships From The Composition Of The Navy For Project 1265 E, According To Technical Specification Ts M 96.4921.25-Uvo. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With One Person - The Participant Ranked First And Designated As The Contractor. 3. Type Of Award Procedure And Legal Basis For Its Conduct. 3.1.
