Framework Agreement Groundwork . Descriptionthe Purpose Of The Agreement Is To Cover The Clients Need For Excavation And Mass Transport With Associated Work. This Includes Both Urgent Assignments And Planned Excavation Work. Tasks According To The Framework Agreement Will Mainly Apply To: • Water Leaks • Excavation And Mass Transport With Associated Work • Work With Broken Lines And The Like, Also In Case Of Urgent Needs. • Work For The Clients Business For Technical Infrastructure, Roads, Facilities And Parks. • Smaller Casting Work Which Is Naturally Included In Already Allocated Excavation Work (For Example A Small Wall Edge Or Repair Of Damaged Wall Etc.) • Other Depreciating Work Of A Limited Nature, Such As Blasting And Rock Blasting • Smaller Engineering Work, Measuring And Setting Out. It Must Also Be Possible To Order Work On The Framework Agreement That Subcontractors Must Carry Out, For Example Lowering Sumps And Blasting Work. The Agreement Can Be Used For Maintenance And Rehabilitation Services As Well As Smaller Investment Projects. The Supplier Must Have At Least The Following Machines At Their Disposal: • Excavator Approx. 15-20 Tonnes • Truck For Mass Transport And Removal Work Carried Out By The Clients Own Personnel With Hired/Borrowed Machines Is Not Part Of The Framework Agreement. In Connection With The Works, Materials Needed For The Various Operations Will Also Be Included. Even If The Procurement Includes Some Material, It Is Emphasized That This Agreement Does Not Grant Any Exclusivity On The Delivery Of Such Material, And That The Client Is Otherwise Not Obliged To Purchase Material From The Service Provider. The Client Is Thus Free To Purchase Material From Our Other Framework Agreements And Still Use An Agreement Supplier For Work To Be Carried Out Without A Mark-Up In The Agreed Prices For Work. The Agreement Also Covers Smaller Adjacent Works And Work That Naturally Falls Under The Subject Area.
