The Object Of The Contract Is The Supply, Configuration, Implementation, Maintenance And Right Of Use Of A Computer Software For The Management Of The Prevention Of Occupational Risks Of The Own Prevention Service Of The Sant Cugat Del Vallès City Council. As It Concerns The Supply Of A Standard Computer Application That Is On The Market And Which Is Not Custom-Developed For The Sant Cugat Del Vallès City Council, It Is A Supply Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Article 16.3.B) Of The Lcsp. The Scope Of The Contract Includes All The Tasks Necessary For The Configuration, Implementation, Correct Start-Up And Maintenance Of The Software, As Well As The Training Of The Staff Of The Prevention Of Occupational Risks Section. Occupational Risks, The Head Of Section And The Technician Of The Technology And Digital Development Service Have Broadly Defined The Conditions For Contracting The Supply, Configuration And Implementation Of A Software. In The Occupational Risk Prevention Section They Have Issued A Supporting Report According To Document Number 315885/2025, Signed On 07/22/2025 By The Occupational Risk Prevention Technician And The Head Of Section, On 07/23/2025 By The Technician Of The Technology And Digital Development Service And The Director Of Technology And Information Services, And On 07/24/2025 By The Director Of Economy And Corporate Services In Which They Propose This Recruitment, In Compliance With The Need And Suitability Provided For In Article 28 Of The Lcsp. To This End, A Tender Base Budget Determined At This Level Is Proposed In The Amount Of €20,625.00 + €4,331.25 Of 21% Vat = €24,956.25 Vat Included. The Duration Of The Contract Is For 2 Years With The Possibility Of Extending It For 2 Years And Of Contractual Modifications.
