Hydrogen – The_Elektrolyseur_2025/2026. The Local Community Wind Farm Of Windpark Saar Gmbh & Co. Repower Kg Wants To Make A Contribution To Decarbonization In The Transport Sector. For This Purpose, Buses From Saarbahn Gmbh In Saarbrücken Are To Be Supplied With Green Hydrogen. The Plan Is To Locally Produce Green Hydrogen Based On Our Own Wind Energy And Purchased Pv Electricity In An Electrolyzer. The Renewable Hydrogen Produced Is Transported In Mobile Storage To The Saarbahn Depot, Approximately 40 Km Away. The Electrolyzer Is Located In 66629 Freisen (In Der Au). For This Purpose, A 2 Mw Electrolysis Plant With A Filling Station For Mobile Trailers Is To Be Procured, Built And Put Into Operation By 2027. The Project Is Funded By The Ministry For The Environment, Climate, Mobility, Agriculture And Consumer Protection As Part Of The Individual Directive “Alternative Drives” To Promote Sustainable Mobility In Saarland (Nmob). Funding Has Already Been Approved For A 2 Mw Pem Electrolyzer. A Decision Will Be Made At The Beginning Of 2026 On Increasing Funding To 3 Mw Of Electrolysis Capacity. Accordingly, An Optional Expansion Of The Electrolysis System To 3 Mw Must Be Offered. With Regard To Further Details Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract, Reference Is Made To The Attached Detailed Tender Documents, In Particular Appendix 2 Of The Service Description.
