Structural Shell Work – Rohbauarbeiten. ##Renovation Of The Otfried-Müller-Haus -Junge Theater- Hospitalstraße 6 / 37073 Göttingen ##General Preliminary Remarks ##Construction Of An Extension In Solid Construction, Masonry Work And Steel Construction Work In The Existing Building. ##The Construction Project Envisages The Renovation Of The Otfried Müller House, Which Is Partly Listed, And The Hall Building, Which Is Also Partly Listed. The Newer, Unprotected Extension Will Be Demolished And Replaced With A New Extension. The Building Has Been Empty Since Summer 2019, It Is No Longer In Use And Is In Significant Need Of Renovation. The Villa Otfried-Müller-Haus Component Was Built Using A Mixture Of Masonry Construction (Basement And Ground Floor) And Half-Timbered Construction (Upper And Attic Floors) And Has A Roof Structure Made Mostly Of Wooden Beams From The Same Period As The Building. The Ceilings Above The Basement Are Brick Vaulted Ceilings And, In Small Areas, Wooden Beam Ceilings. The Hall Building Consists Of Solid Outer Walls With A Wooden Beam Ceiling Leading To The Roof Space. The Roof Construction Is A Truss Construction Made Of Wooden Beams From The Period Of Construction. The Basement Below The Hall Has A Brick Vaulted Ceiling. The Villa Consists Of 2 Floors Above The Basement And Is Accessed In The Middle With A Staircase That Runs Through The Floors. The Hall Building Consists Of A High Floor Above The Basement, Which Is Approximately The Height Of Two Floors Of The Villa. #Extension: The New Extension Will Be Rebuilt As A Solid Construction, Mainly With Hollow Prestressed Concrete Floorboards As A Ceiling Construction And With A Standard Wooden Roof Truss. This Extension Will Consist Of A Basement And 2 Upper Floors, Accessed By A Staircase That Extends From The Basement To The 2Nd Floor. The Floor Heights In The Rooms Of The Building Are Different. The Heights Of The Building Can Be Found In The Surveyors Plans From The 3D Laser Measurements In The System. The Buildings Lighting And Heating Systems Are No Longer Functional. ##The Building Is Located In The Center Of The City Of Göttingen, Hospitalstrasse 6, 37073 Göttingen. In Front Of The Building To The East And North There Is A Large L-Shaped Asphalted Square “Am Wochenmarkt”. ##Traffic Conditions On The Construction Site, Especially Traffic Restrictions: #Stopping On The Construction Site Is Only Permitted For Unloading And Loading. There Are No Parking Spaces On The Construction Site. It Is Up To Every Business Owner To Take Care Of Their Parking Spaces. The “Am Wochenmarkt” Square Is Also Not Allowed To Be Used As A Parking Lot; There Is A Fire Department Entrance Through The “Am Wochenmarkt” Square, Which Must Always Be Kept Open. #The Weekly Market Was Built In A Load Class Bk 1.0. This Corresponds To A Maximum Axle Load Of 10 Tons With A Maximum Permissible Total Weight Of 40 Tons.
