Construction Consultancy Services – Limited Supply Of Framework Agreement On Client Consultancy And Total Consultancy For Building And Construction Projects (Up To Dkk 40 Million (Excl. Vat)). The Framework Agreement Includes The Provision Of Client Consultancy And Total Consultancy To Ishøj Municipality In Connection With The Municipalitys Building And Construction Projects With A Total Undertaking Sum Of Up To Dkk 40 Million. (Excl. Vat) Per Project. The Framework Agreement Is Not Exclusive. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Ensure That The Municipality Has Access To Professional, Holistic And Impartial Advice And Sparring In All Phases Of Smaller Construction And Construction Projects – From Idea And Needs Identification To Design, Execution And Commissioning And Follow-Up Of Deficiencies. The Advice Can, Among Other Things, Include: • Strategic And Initial Advice, Including Needs And Stakeholder Identification, • Project Management, • Preparation Of Decision-Making And Project Basis, • Budgeting, Time Planning And Risk Assessment, • Sustainability And Total Economic Analyses, • Professional Assistance For Tenders, Offer Evaluation And Contracting, • Project Follow-Up, Construction Management And Quality Assurance, And • Total Advice On Projects With An Enterprise Value Of Up To Dkk 40 Million. Dkk (Excl. Vat). The Framework Agreement Concluded With One (1) Supplier Has A Duration Of Up To 4 Years. The Framework Agreement Sets Out The General Conditions For Advisory Services. On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, Ishøj Municipality And The Consultant Enter Into Ongoing Delivery Agreements For The Performance Of The Specific Tasks. The Tasks Under The Framework Agreement May Vary, But Will Be Based On The Performance Description For Builders Consulting 2019 And Performance Description For Construction & Landscape 2018, Cf. Annexes 6 And 7 To The Framework Agreement.
