Caretaker Services – T-235/25. Operation Of Bkv Zrt.S Museums. Performance Of Operational (Including Custodial) Tasks At The Deák Tér Underground Railway Museum Of Bkv Zrt. The Details Are Contained In The Technical Disposition, Which Is Part Of The Public Procurement Documents. The Specified Quantities Were Determined Based On Previous Usage Experience, So-Called Empirical Quantities. The Experimental Quantities Have Been Given For The Purpose Of A Well-Founded Assessment Of The Offers, To Determine The Total Offer Price Without Vat, The Quantities Procured Under The Contract May Differ From These Experimental Data. The Bidder Must Submit His Bid In The Knowledge Of The Above. Only The Unit Prices Are Indicated In The Annex To The Contract To Be Concluded. The Tenderer Undertakes To Issue An Order For 70% Of The Frame Quantity. Total Quantity (For Information Only): Size Of Museums: Deák Tér Underground Railway Museum Size: Approx. 350 M2 Exhibition Space And Approx. 110 M2 Other Premises. Size Of Szentendre City Public Transport Museum: Approx. 2000 M2 Outdoor, Approx. 3000 M2 Of Internal Exhibition Space And 220 M2 Of Other Premises. Employing Museum Guards And Cashiers (Minimum 4 People) In The Deák Tér Underground Railway Museum Of Bkv Zrt. (1052 Budapest, Deák Tér, Aluljáró) And Performing Operational (Including Custodial) Tasks / 12 Months/Year As Follows: - Performing Operational (Including Custodial) Tasks During The Normal Opening Hours Of The Museum: Every Day Of The Year Except Mondays From 10:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M. (According To The Technical Disposition) Employment Of Museum Guards And Cashiers, Performance Of Operational (Including Custodial) Tasks And Only Custodial Tasks In The Municipal Public Transport Museum Of Bkv Zrt. (2000 Szentendre, Dózsa György Út 3.) During The Opening Hours Of The Museum: April 1 - October 31, Except Monday, Every Day From 10:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M.; With A Minimum Of 7 People - 7 Months/Year (As Stipulated In The Technical Disposition), - Only Performing Custodial Tasks During The Museums Closure: Between November 1 - March 31; – 5 Months/Year (As Stipulated In The Technical Disposition). Valid For Both Museums: Definition Of Terms: Definition Of Operation: As Detailed In The Technical Disposition, The Service Of The Museum During The Opening Hours Of The Museum, Thus The Performance Of Tasks Closely Related To The Opening Hours, In Particular: Opening And Closing, Receiving Visitors, Ticket Sales (And Related Cashier Duties) With The Fact That Operation Includes The Performance Of Custodial Duties (See The Definition Of This Below).
