The Estimated Value/Sqm Is 46 Lei. - The Space Should Be In One Hall, Provided That It Can Be Partitioned According To The Decor Of Each Show. - The Entrance Doors Should Be Spacious, At Least 2.5 M Wide And Their Height Should Be More Than 3 M. - The Height Of The Rooms Should Be 6M - 7M, - At Least 200 Square Meters Of Parking Space Required In Front Of The Warehouse To Be Able To Carry Out The Loading/Unloading Of The Decor Under Appropriate Conditions.
