The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is The Procurement Of Blade Systems, Software And Care And Maintenance Services As Well As Consulting Services/Services. The Estimated Purchase Quantity During The Contract Term Is Estimated As Follows In Accordance With Appendix 3 To The Contract - Price Sheet: 20 X Frame Basic Model 20 X Satellite Modules 20 X San Ports 20 X Guarantee 240 X Blade Basic Model 4480 X Ram 480 X Cpu 240 X Guarantee 40 X Extension Basic Model 40 X Satellite Modules 40 X Guarantee 720 X Hours Of Service This Is These Are Conservatively Estimated Values. The Quantities Stated Serve As A Basis For Calculation. A Minimum Purchase Is Not Agreed. There Is No Obligation To Purchase The Estimated Call Quantities. The Call Quantity May Therefore Decrease Or Increase. The Contract Term Begins When The Contract Is Awarded And, Unless Canceled Beforehand, Is Initially One Year (Minimum Contract Term). The Client Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract Once By One Year (Optional Contract Period). The Minimum Contract Term Is Automatically Extended By Another Year Unless The Client Terminates The Contract Three Months Before The End Of The Contract Term. The Contract Ends In Any Case When The Maximum Total Order Limit Of Eur 15,000,000.00 Net Is Reached; Eur 17,850,000.00 Gross (Including Optional Services). The Estimated Purchase Quantity Can Be Found In Appendix 3 To The Contract Price Sheet. If The Order Value Is Increased Due To An Order Change During The Contract Term In Accordance With Section 132 Gwb, The Contract Ends When This New Order Value Is Reached. The End Of The Contract Does Not Affect The Contractors Obligation To Provide Services In Accordance With The Contract For Orders Placed During The Contract Period.
