The Subject Of This Tender Are Services For Belt Conveyor Technology And Automatic Sorter Baggage Conveyor System With, Among Others, The Following Service Areas: The Entire Baggage Conveyor Technology For The Transport And Sorting Of Departure Baggage As Well As For The Transport And Issue Of Arrival Baggage Of The Baggage Conveyor System Terminal 3, Pier G, 2Nd Construction Phase (2Nd Ba) With The Following Content: - Approx. 1,300 M Of Belt Conveyor Systems In The Departure And Arrival Area - Approx. 400 Drives To Be Controlled - Approx. 500 M² Grating/Maintenance Platforms Plus Access Via Ladders/Stairs - 1 Fully Automatic Sorter For Luggage, Approx. 110 M Long With 4 Entry Points - 16 Sorting Destinations With Spiral Chutes And Pier Conveyors - 1 Manual Post-Coding Point - 20 Check-In Counters For Staffed Operation And Self-Check-In - 2 Baggage Claim Circuits (Flat) - Integration Of 100% Multi-Level Luggage Control - Fire Protection Closures And Safety Closures - Machine Control (Sps), Emergency Stop Control (Safety Plc) And Workplace-Specific It Equipment (Ipc And Display Systems) Including Automation Network And Network Connection To The Control Level - Integration Of The Baggage Handling Technology Of The 2Nd Ba Into The Existing Control System Of The Gfa Pier G (1St Ba) Consisting Of A Master Computer And System Visualization (Scada) And Network Technology - Establishing The Conveyor Technology Connections With The 1St Construction Phase Of The Pier G Baggage Conveyor System During Ongoing Operation Including Integration Into The Machine Controls Of The Gfa Pier G, 1St Ba. This Also Includes The Operational Production Of The Necessary Intermediate Construction States - Establishing The Conveyor And Control Interface To The Container System Of The Gfa Terminal 3 Execution Planning, Work And Assembly Planning, Delivery And Operational Assembly Of The New Systems, Including Commissioning.
