The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The District Complex No. 2 Of The General Education Schools Of The Sports And Technical Championships In Oświęcim In The Scope Of Reconstruction And Expansion Of The School Building With A Connector To The Elevator Shaft Along With The Installation Of An Elevator, Along With The Reconstruction Of Internal Non-Building Installations, I.E. Heating Installations, Sanitary And Storm Sewage Systems, Reconstruction Of Rooms On All Floors In Connection With The Expansion Of The Building. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Works Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: • Design Documentation, • Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), • Bills Of Quantities, • Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract. The Works Will Be Carried Out Based On The Final Decision On The Construction Permit. The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To:• Conduct Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Taking Into Account All Arrangements With Administrators Of Networks And Devices Existing In The Area Of ​​Works;• Ensure, At Its Own Expense, That Construction And Works Are Managed By Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Authorizations To Carry Out Works In Particular Specialties, In Accordance With The Subject Of The Order;• In Order To Properly Implement The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Cooperate With Another Contractor Carrying Out Works On The Same Facility In The Field Of Thermal Modernization Of The School Building. Cooperation Includes, Among Others: Agreeing On Schedules, Organizing Access To The Construction Site, And Providing Information On The Progress Of Work. In The Event Of A Conflict Of Dates Or Scopes Of Works, The Contractor Will Immediately Inform The Employer And The Other Contractor In Order To Determine A Solution.• Execution Of The Works As Well As Securing And Fencing The Construction Site, Marking The Site Of The Works, Securing Against Access Of Unauthorized Persons To The Construction Site And The Materials Stored There At Its Own Expense, In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Fire Protection Regulations.• Notifying The Operators Of All Installation Networks, In Particular Electric, Gas, Water And Sewage, Ict Infrastructure Whose Infrastructure Is Located In The Area Of The Construction Site And Its Impact. • Notifying The Owners Of Real Estate Affected By Interruptions In The Supply Of Electricity, Water, Gas And Others Caused By The Works Being Carried Out, At Least 3 Days Before The Planned Interruptions. • Providing Possible Technical Supervision And Obtaining Arrangements And Technical Acceptance Protocols For The Completed Works In The Scope
