The Demolition, Existing And New Construction Of The State Vocational School I In Bayreuth Extends Over Three Construction Phases. The Scope Of Services Of The Workshop Furniture Awarding Unit Covers Construction Phase Ba1 And May Include Sampling In Advance. The Machines And Furniture Are Delivered By The Supplier And Brought Into The Building And Delivered To The Appropriate Place Of Use. Delivery And Assembly May Take Place In Several Phases In Consultation With The Responsible Subject Teachers. The Entry Takes Place On The Ground Floor Via The Outside Gates Or Main Entrance. This Is Followed, If Necessary, By The Commissioning/Testing Of All Functions And Instruction On How To Operate The Individual Components. The Scope Of Delivery May Include A Maintenance Service For All Of The Equipment Described. The Actual Performance And Minimum Requirements For The Machines Are Described. During Assembly, Interfaces May Arise With The Electrical And Hls Trades. The Coordination Surcharges With The Other Trades Must Be Calculated With The Positions. The Available Construction Area (Safety Area) Is Limited; The Existing Buildings On Three Sides Are In Use During The Work. If Necessary, The Assembly Concept Must Be Drawn Up According To The Limited Local Conditions. The Safety Of The Adjacent Buildings Must Be Guaranteed At All Times.
