Medical Equipments, Pharmaceuticals And Personal Care Products – X-Ray Equipment For Ggd Tb Control Municipality Of The Hague And Municipality Of Rotterdam. The Tender Concerns The Dismantling Of The Current 2 X-Ray Machines, The Supply, Installation And Maintenance Of Two Digital X-Ray Machines (Including Detector) For The Rec Tbc Z-H. The X-Ray Equipment Is Intended For The Tuberculosis Control Departments Of The Ggd Haaglanden And The Ggd Rotterdam-Rijnmond. This Concerns 2 Devices, 1 At The Location Of The Municipality Of The Hague And 1 At The Location Of The Municipality Of Rotterdam (See Attachment For Maps Of The Two Locations). The Equipment Must Be Delivered Ready For Use, Including Couplings, Accessories, Training, Support And Maintenance Agreement. Trade-In Of The Old Equipment Is Part Of The Assignment. The Assignment Includes: - Dismantling And Disposal Of Outdated Equipment. - Replacement Of Outdated X-Ray Equipment (Including Detector) That Will No Longer Be Supported From 2026; - Supply Of Equipment That Complies With The Alara Principle (Minimum Radiation Dose); - Full Integration With Itbc And Pacs/Ims. - Capacity Of At Least 15,000 Exposures Per Year Per X-Ray Machine; - Dismantling And Replacement Of The Equipment At The End Of Its Life Cycle - Full Maintenance (Including Replacement Of Parts If Necessary) Of The Equipment And Software Aimed At Safe And Sustainable Use Of The Equipment During Its Life Cycle. - Troubleshooting Service (Service Support) That Ensures The Resolution Of Equipment And Software Malfunctions Within 24 Hours - Delivery No Later Than May/July 2026.
