The Government Property Agency (Fsre), On Behalf Of The Ministry Of Social Affairs And Housing, Hereinafter Referred To As The Purchaser, Invites Lease Proposals For Premises To House A Nursing Home In Þursaholt, Akureyri. The Project Involves The Construction And Completion Of A Nursing Home And Leasing It To The Government Property Agency, Which Will Sublease The Premises To The Operator Of The Nursing Home. The Requested Premises Shall Accommodate 140 Nursing Care Units. According To The Ministry Of Health’S Guidelines For The Design Of Nursing Homes, A Minimum Of 65 Gross Square Metres Is Required Per Nursing Care Unit. The Total Space Requirement, Including Shared Facilities, Is Therefore Approximately 9,100 Gross Square Metres. The Leased Premises Shall Be Located On The Property Þursaholt 6, Akureyri.
