Construction Work – Szp.281.1.2026 - Construction Works In The Design And Build System Under The Investment Program Titled Establishment Of An Intensive Care Complex At The Polish Mothers Health Center Institute In Łódź. 1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works In The Design And Build System As Part Of The Investment Program Titled Establishment Of An Intensive Care Complex At The Polish Mothers Health Center Institute In Łódź. 2. Financing: The Subject Of The Order Will Be Financed Under Contract No. Doi/Fm/Sis/3/62/1140/2023 For The Granting Of A Targeted Subsidy To Co-Finance The Implementation Of The Investment Program Entitled Establishment Of An Intensive Care Complex At The Polish Mothers Health Center Institute In Łódź. 3. List Of Works To Be Performed: The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Two Tasks Of The Investment Program: • Task No. 1 Entitled: Construction Of A New Pediatric Operating Theater (Bop) Complex With A Central Sterilization Room (Cs) For The Institute Of The Polish Mothers Health Center (Iczmp). • Task No. 2 Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Area For The Creation Of An Ecmo Center With An Intensive Care Complex, Reconstruction Of The Diagnostics Laboratory Imaging Station, Dialysis Station And Otolaryngology And Ophthalmology Clinics And Patient Service Area At The Institute Of The Polish Mothers Health Center (Iczmp) Task No. 1 Entitled: Construction Of A New Complex Of A Pediatric Operating Theater (Bop) With A Central Sterilization Room (Cs) For The Polish Mothers Health Center (Iczmp). As Part Of Task 1, The Preparation Of The Site For Construction Is Planned, Including The Demolition Of Over A 30-Year-Old, Non-Functional And Worn-Out Flyover, A Small Parking Lot Elevated To Level 1, Which Does Not Fulfill Its Original Function, And The Building After The Relocated Transformer Station. After The Demolition, The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works Consisting Of The Reconstruction Of The Pediatric Hospital Building (Building B) In The Place Of The Demolition, Including The Construction Of A New Façade (Bop) And The Central Sterilization Room (Cs), As Well As The Execution Of Necessary Installations And Finishing Works. The New Facility, Constituting A Separate Fire Zone, Will Be Built On Plots Owned By Iczmp, In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Modern Emergency Department Opened In 2020, Which Is Equipped With A Helicopter Landing Pad Adjacent To The Newly Constructed Building, Including Hardening Of The Surface, Construction Of Sidewalks, Planting Plants And Other Works Necessary To Make The Building Available. In Addition, The Investment Includes The Purchase Of Necessary Equipment, Including Administrative, Office And Social Equipment, Permanently Installed In The Project, As Well As Full Equipment Of The Central Sterilization Center. Reconstruction Of The Diagnostic Imaging Laboratory, Diagnostic Station
