The Purpose Of This Procedure Is The Execution Of Works To Achieve The Investment Objective Updating Local Public Transport (Road Infrastructure Rehabilitated/Modernized, Passenger Transport Stations Modernized - Buses And Taxis, Its) Smis Code 341049 According To Technical Project No. 63/2024 Elaborated By S.C. Road Engineering Project S.R.L., The Technical Solution Provides: A. Road Structure (Supple System): Dimensioning According To Normative Pd 177/2001, Adapted To The Traffic Class, Generally Composed Of: • Form Layer And Ballast Foundation; • Base Layer Of Broken Stone Or Asphalt Mixture (Ab 22.4); • Binder Type Bad 22.4; • Asphalt Concrete Wear Layer (Ba 16) Or Stabilized Asphalt Mix (Mas 16) For Heavy Traffic Areas/Roundabouts. Sidewalks Will Be Made Of Self-Locking Pavers Mounted On A Sand Bed And Ballast Foundation. B. The Its And Installations Component: • Intelligent Traffic Lights With Inductive Loops And Automatic Adaptive Routing; • V2x (Vehicle-To-Everything) Systems For Communication Between Buses And Traffic Light Infrastructure In Order To Grant Priority (Green Light Priority); • Bus Stops: Metal Structure, Safety Glass Closures, Energy Independent Equipment (Pv). The Estimated Value Of The Procedure Is 33,103,780.60 Lei Without Vat And Consists Of The Sum Of The Following Values From The General Budget: 4.1 Construction And Installations = 30,617,265.43 4.2 Installation Of Technological Equipment = 343,364.00 4.3 Machinery, Technological And Functional Equipment With Installation = 1,826,386.00 5.1 Site Organization = 316,765.17 The Works Will Be Executed In Accordance With The Technical Project Drawn Up And Approved According To The Law, To Which Are Added The Obligations Resulting From The Specifications Of This Procedure.
