1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Thermal Modernization Project Together With The Expansion And Necessary Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of An Existing Commercial And Service Building For The Needs Of A Health Center As Part Of The Project Thermal Modernization Of A Municipal Building In Kokawa No. Fesl.02.02-Iz.01-0A4f/24 Under The European Funds For Silesia Program 2021-2027 Priority Fesl.02 European Funds For Green Development Measure Fesl.02.02 Energy Efficiency Of Public Utility Buildings - Iti2. The Task Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Following Should Be Prepared: A) A Concept With Architectural Visualizations; B) Design Documentation Covering At Least: - Architectural And Construction Design + Full-Sector Land Development Design - Technical Designs - All Industries; - Detailed Designs For All Industries; - Information On Health And Safety (Bioz); C) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works; D) Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of Construction Works, As Well As Obtaining All Permits And Execution Of Construction Works And Deliveries Based On The Above-Mentioned Studies. The Condition For Commencing Construction Works Is That The Contractor Develops The Above-Mentioned Studies And Obtains A Building Permit. The Design Documentation Must Be Approved By The Ordering Party Before Obtaining A Building Permit. Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Polish, In Accordance With Applicable Construction Regulations And Polish Standards. The Documentation Should Be Provided To The Ordering Party In 4 Copies And On An Electronic Medium (Cd/Dvd, Pen-Drive). Under The Contract, The Contractor Will Prepare Concepts (Two Variants) As Part Of The Task Modernization Of The Municipal Building In Kokawa, Including The Architectural Arrangement. The Concepts Should Be Consistent With The Pfu Graphic Annex. The Developed Concept Will Be Subject To Acceptance By The Ordering Party. Only After Obtaining Approval, The Contractor Will Be Able To Proceed With Further Design Work. The Concept Should Include, Among Others: - Visualization Of The Building Bodies In Electronic And Paper Versions; - Architectural Arrangement Of Buildings With Visualization In Electronic And Paper Versions; - Concepts Of Development Of The Area Around The Building; - Indication Of The Functions Of The Rooms; - Standards Of The Technologies, Materials And Devices Used; - Summary Of The Area Of The Designed Building In Relation To The Functional And Utility Program Along With The Percentage Calculation Of The Difference In These Areas Between Those Designed And Those Indicated In The Functional And Operational Program; - Preliminary Cost Estimate.
