1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Columbaria At The Municipal Cemetery At Ul. Bolesław Chrobry On Plot No. 181/2, Precinct 9 - City Of Ostróda, Ostróda Commune (Marked In The Design Documentation With The Letters E, F), In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 4 To Swz), Architectural And Construction Design (Annex No. 5 To Swz), Technical Design (Annex No. 6 To Swz), Plot Development Project (Annex No. 7 To Swz), Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Annex No. 8 To The Swz) And A Contract Template (Annex No. 3 To The Swz).2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Auxiliary And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: 1) Securing The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out (Construction Site); 2) Surveying Services During The Implementation Of The Works; 3) Post-Construction Surveying Documentation And An Inspection Report; 4) Tidying Up And Cleaning Up After The Completion Of The Works The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out And Neighboring Properties Polluted As A Result Of The Works; 5) Gathering And Providing The Ordering Party With A Complete Set Of Documents (In One Set), No Later Than On The Day Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, Which Will Include: Documentation Of Product Quality, Documents Certifying The Authorization For Marketing And Use Of The Construction Materials Used, Acceptance Reports For Disappearing Works And Partial Acceptance Of Works; Commissioning Protocols And Necessary Permits Regarding Devices And Installations Installed Or Constructed During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.3. Additional Information:1) If Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Materials And Devices Are Indicated In The Swz, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials And Devices, Provided That They Guarantee Technical And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Swz.2) In Situations Where The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Referring To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act On Public Procurement, Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Each Time A Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification And Technical Reference Systems Referred To Above Are Indicated In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz, It Should Be Assumed That The Phrase Or Equivalent Is Used In Relation To It.3) The Contractor Who Offers Solutions Equivalent To The Indicated Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To Above Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Offer (Prove) That The Equivalent Solutions He Offers Meet Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, In Particular By Describing These Solutions, I.E. Providing, Respectively: Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specifications And
