1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Creation Of 16 New Care Places Under The Active Toddler 2022-2029 Program At The Municipal Childrens Club In Brudzice, Ul. Radomszczańska 1, 97-565 Lgota Wielka. The Task Includes The Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Existing Building Of The Public Primary School In Msc. Brudzice, Lgota Wielka Commune, For The Building Of A Childrens Club. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Perform Demolition Works (In Particular, Dismantle Partition Walls, Dismantle Window And Door Frames, Dismantle External Stairs, Sidewalk Strips And Area Hardening, Dismantle The Staircase Leading To The Attic, Remove Wall Cladding) 2) Perform Construction Works (In Particular, Construct New Partition Walls, Install New Windows And Doors (External Aluminum Doors With Safety Glass, Wooden Interior Doors), Construction Of New Floors, Construction Of New Wall Coverings (Ceramic Tiles, Gypsum Plaster), Thermal Modernization Of The Ceiling And External Walls Along With The Construction Of A New Façade, Construction Of A Ramp For Disabled People With A Barrier) 3) Performance Of Electrical Works And Implementation Of A Lightning Protection System 4) Performance Of Sanitary Works 5) Carrying Out Tests And Examinations Required For The Facilities, In Particular Thermal Imaging Examination Including The Correctness Of Replacement Of Window Joinery And Doors6) Purchase And Installation Of The First Equipment In Accordance With The Attached List7) Preparation Of A Set Of Documents Necessary For The Ordering Party To Obtain A Permit To Use The Building8) Development Of The Facility Operation Manual, Fire Safety Manual The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation (Construction Design, Detailed Design, Stwior, Bill Of Quantities, List Of Equipment) Annex No. 7 To The Swz. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Provisions Of The Design Documentation And This Swz (In Particular The Draft Provisions Of The Contract), It Is Adopted It Is Assumed That The Provisions Of The Swz Take Precedence. Note: Due To The Adopted Nature Of The Contractors Remuneration (Lump Sum), The Bill Of Quantities Is For Information Purposes Only And Does Not Constitute The Basis For Calculating The Price By The Contractor.2.
