1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Kindergarten Building With A Playground In Ujeździec Wielki As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of An Educational Building In The Trzebnica Commune, Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Swz. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Including The Decision To Grant A Building Permit And Comprehensive Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Kindergarten Building And The Construction Of A Playground, Based On The Developed Design Documentation. After Completing The Construction Works, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party.3. The Scope Of The Order Excludes The Supply Of Equipment Described In Point 3.3 Of The Pfu.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constitutes The Opz, Including: A) Functional And Utility Program, Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu, B) Details Of The Functional And Utility Program, C) Area Development Project - Nursery Investment, And The Provisions In § 1 Of The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
