The Order Is Co-Financed By The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan, Investment D1.1.1 Development And Modernization Of The Infrastructure Of Highly Specialized Care Centers And Other Medical Entities, As Part Of The Project Entitled Modernization, Expansion And Additional Equipment Of The Średzki Sacred Heart Of Jesus Hospital In Order To Improve The Quality, Availability, Comprehensiveness And Effectiveness Of Oncological Diagnostics And Treatment In The Średzki Poviat (Project No.: Kpod.07.02-Ip.10-0246, Support Agreement No. Kpod.07.02-Ip.10-0246/24/Kpo/592/2025/155).5. The Warranty Period For Defects And Warranty Is Set At 60 Months, Counted From The Date Of The Protocol Acceptance Of The Works. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Paid Insurance Policy Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, And In The Absence Thereof, Another Document Confirming Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) In The Scope Of The Business Related To The Subject Of The Contract With A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than: Pln 1,000,000.00 (One Million Zlotys). Civil Liability Insurance Should Cover Civil, Tort And Contractual Liability For Personal And Property Damage And Their Consequences. Before Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Require A Policy Or Other Document Confirming Insurance (Copy, Original For Inspection).7. Construction Products Used To Implement The Subject Of The Order Must Be Marked With The Ce Mark, Have Appropriate Certificates, Be Free From Defects And Defects, Be Admitted For Trading And General Or Individual Use In Construction, Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Construction Products Act.8. The Contractor Selected To Complete The Order Is Obliged To Submit A Simplified Offer Cost Estimate To The Ordering Party Before Concluding The Contract.9.
