Strong knowledge of humanitarian and resilience programming, including livelihoods, nutrition/health, protection, and disability inclusion. Familiarity with FCDO evaluation requirements and reporting structure Demonstrated experience in participatory evaluation approaches and inclusion of marginalized groups. Excellent analytical, writing, and facilitation skills in French (English proficiency strongly preferred).
