Tenders are invited for Supply of Security Services at Medical Supply Division and Affiliated Institutions Bid Bond: 1,805,580.54 Bid Document Fee 3,500.00/- Minimum value for which the bank Over Draft facility should be obtained: 3,872,267.00/- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Senior Assistant Secretary, Procurement Management Division, 2nd Floor, No. 106, Ministry of Health and Mass Media, Dudley Senanayake Mawatha, Colombo 8 (New building next to Castle Hospital) (Tel: 011-2112715) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below between 0900 hrs and 1530 hours on any working day from 12.01.2026 until 02.02.2026. A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Senior Assistant Secretary, Procurement Management Division, 2nd Floor, No. 106, Dudley Senanayake Mawatha, Ministry of Health and Mass Media, Colombo 8 (New building next to Castle hospital) at the above address during 0900 hrs to 1530 hours on any working day from 12.01.2026 until 02.02.2026 and upon payment of a non- refundable fee for following hospitals/institutions as mentioned below. The method of payment will be in cash. Original & Duplicate bids shall be sealed separately and marked outside of the sealed envelope clearly as "Original and "Duplicate. Then the both Original & Duplicate sealed envelopes shall be enclosed together in one envelope and placed in the tender box made available at Senior Assistant Secretary, Procurement Management Division, 2nd Floor, No. 106, Ministry of Health and Mass Media, Dudley Senanayake Mawatha, Colombo 8 (New building next to Castle Hospital) or sent by registered post addressed to the Chairman, Ministry Procurement Committee "C, Ministry of Health and Mass Media, at the above address to reach at or before 1000 hrs on 03.02.2026.
