All submittals and their supporting documents must be in pdf format only 2. All the documents shall be properly segregated /numbered as per section and clauses. 3. In order to complete the PQ evaluation of applicants from outside Kuwait, a site visit (virtual/physical) is to be conducted mandatorily to evaluate applicants capabilities. The site visit involves fees per the below details and the same shall be paid to KOTC by the applicant in order to proceed with the site visit. Physical site visit US$10,000.00 Virtual site visit US$300.00 The type of site visit to be conducted will be the sole discretion of the Company. Kuwait Oil Tanker Company S.A.K (KOTC), a subsidiary of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, is a state-owned entity engaged in the ownership and management of Tankers meant for transportation of Crude Oil, Refined Petroleum products and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).
