Tenders are invited for Repairs & Maintenance - Fire -Extinguishers & Generator, Motor Vehicle, Air Conditions, Ground Machinery, Water Pumps, Gym Equipment Obtaining the Application Applications can be obtained from the Procurement Department, Football Sri Lanka, 100 /9 Independence Avenue, Colombo 07. Or available via below mention email address. Email Address- procurement@ffsl.lk A set of application forms will consist of the following components. 1. Main Application Form (Form -01) 2. General Instructions - Terms and Conditions (Form -02) 3. The detailed Category List (Form -03) Registration Process a. Rs. 1,000.00 will be charged for supplier registration (no limit on categories), and a refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000.00 will be required. Existing registered suppliers are not required to pay the security deposit. b- The payments for the Registration of Suppliers for the year 2026 could be paid to the cashier at Football Federation of Sri Lanka, 100/9 Independence Square, Colombo-7, or direct payment to the following Bank Account. Hatton National Bank (HNB), A/C No.115010057027, Kollupitiya Branch. (Payments are only accepted by either cash or direct payment to the bank account) c- The copy of the payment slip should be forwarded together with the Form 01. (As proof of payments made in respect of each category of charges). Deadline Duly completed supplier registration documents should be sent by registered post to the General Secretary, Football Federation of Sri Lanka, 100/9 Independence Avenue, Colombo 07, or can be hand delivered to the Procurement Department of the FFSL. On or before 31st January 2026. The top left-hand corner of the envelope containing the application should be marked as "REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS 2026".
