This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is An Invitation By The City Of St. Albert (The “City”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Ng911 Computer-Aided Dispatch (Cad) Software For St. Albert Fire Services (Safs) As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (Appendix B, The “Deliverables”).The Successful Proponent Will Be Responsible For Providing The Ng911 Computer-Aided Dispatch Solution, Its Implementation, Maintenance And Support And Relevant Professional Services. The System Will Support Emergency And Non-Emergency Calls For The City’S Public Safety Answering Point (Psap) In St. Albert Fire Department. Objectivethe Objective Of This Project Is To Acquire A Cad System That Will Meet Business Requirements And Ng9-1-1 Standards. The Solution Should Meet All Current Provincial And Federal Best Practices And Applicable Nfpa, Nena And Apco Standards.Some Of The Key Deliverables Include But Are Not Limited To:Replace The Current Fdm Computer Aided Dispatch Systemprovide Cad-To-Cad Integration With Alberta Health Services (Ahs)Integration With Ahs Mdt (Mobile Data Terminal)Legacy System And Other Source Data Migrationweb Integration Servicesapplication Integration Servicessystem Integration Servicesend Users, Support Staff And Administrators Trainingvendor Project Management Servicessoftware Maintenance And Warranty Services If The Proponent Provides Both On-Prem And Cloud, Submit A Separate Proposal For Each.
