Technical Services Of The City Of Kotka Requests A Bid For The Hvac Contract Of Kotka Central School In Accordance With The Request For Tenders And Its Attachments. The Contract Includes All The Work Presented In The Attached Plans. The Hvac Contractor Acts As A Subcontractor. The Contract Period For The Entire Project Is Tentatively 6/2026 – 5/2027. The Works Of The Hvac Contract Are Mainly Tentatively Scheduled For The Period August 1, 2026 – March 11, 2027 (Changes Possible). The General Contractor Prepares The General Schedule For The Site. Obligation To Familiarize The Target The Builder Requires That The Contractor Has Familiarized Himself With The Construction Site Before Submitting An Offer.
