Oulunkylä Rehabilitation Center Sr (Procurement Unit) Is Requesting Bids For The Renovation Of The Floors Of Departments 2A, 2B, 3A And 3B Of Oulunkylä Rehabilitation Center, Located At Käskynhaltijantie 5, 00640 Helsinki, On The 2Nd And 3Rd Floor. The Renovation Of The Floors And The Furnishing Of The Kitchens Will Be Carried Out As A Total Contract During 2026. The Goal Is To Start The Contract In March-April 2026. As For The Floors, The Work Included In The Contract Is The Installation Of Protective Walls, Removal Of The Old Cork Carpet And Moldings, Sanding Of Adhesives And Other Irregularities, Preventing The Spread Of Dust, Installation Of New Carpet, Installation Of New Baseboards And Other Possible Renovation-Related Work. 3,800 M2. The Floor Plans Of The Premises Are Attached To The Request For Tender. The Floors Are Renovated Section By Section In Two (2) Or Three (3) Parts. The Purpose Is That Departments Do Not Have To Be Closed Completely And The Overall Utilization Rate Of The Facilities Does Not Decrease. The Site Will Be In Regular And Round-The-Clock Use During The Contract. The Part In Use Is Separated From The Part To Be Renovated At Any Given Time With A Light Partition, So That Dust Does Not Reach The Side In Use And Patient Safety Is Not Compromised. The Contractor Must Take Care Of E.G. About Protecting The Air Conditioning Ducts From Dust And, If Necessary, Cleaning Them (E.G. Air Conditioning Ducts Nuo-Hous).
