The Vantaa Parish Association Is Requesting An Offer For A Property Management System As A Saas Service Under The Conditions Mentioned In This Request For Tenders And Its Attachments. The Vantaa Parish Association Manages About 300 Residential Apartment Leases And About 100 Land Leases. The Purpose Is To Acquire A System For Drawing Up Rental Agreements, Rental Ledger, Rental Invoicing And Contract Management. The System Will Be Used By 6 – 10 People. The Goal Is For The Selected System To Be Connected To The Parish Associations Sap Accounting System For Reporting. More Detailed Functionality Requirements Are Presented In The List Of Requirements Attached To The Request For Tender. Special Emphasis Is Placed On The Conversion Experience From Haahtelas Kiinteistötieto System To The Providers System.
