Mitra Imatra Rakenuttaja Oy Is Looking For Framework Contract Partners For The Years 2026-2027 For The Hvac Work In The Properties Of The Real Estate Companies It Manages. The Acquisition Includes The Possibility Of An Option For The Year 2028. The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Hourly Hvac Work Performed During The Contract Period In The Properties Of The Aforementioned Companies. The Work Sites Are Located In Different Parts Of The City Of Imatra. The Work Carried Out In The Framework Arrangement Is Mainly Small Or Minor Repair And Modification Work Related To Maintenance And Upkeep. Projects And Contracts Worth More Than 15,000 Euros Are Tendered Separately, And Are Not Included In The Scope Of This Framework Arrangement. Based On The Bids Received, Five (5) Contractual Partners Will Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement.
