Construction Work For School Buildings – Cranves Sales - Restructuring And Extension Of The Existing College - Construction Of A Multi-Sports Hall - Rehabilitation Or Reconstruction Of Existing Company Housing. The Project Includes: - Rehabilitation And Restructuring Of The Existing College Which Will Ultimately Accommodate 26 Divisions (728 Students) - Rehabilitation Or Reconstruction Of Existing Staff Housing - Construction Of A Multi-Sports Hall Of Approximately 600M² Sdo And A Sports Platform The Whole Must Be Put Into Service For The Start Of The 2029 School Year. The Work Will Be Carried Out On An Occupied Site. The Contract Will Include Measurable Performance Commitments In Terms Of Energy Efficiency And Carbon Impact. The Contractors Contractual Commitment Will Relate To A Level Of Energy Consumption Set In The Performance Program. The Expected Duration Of The Contract Is 156 Months From Its Notification Date, Broken Down Into 2 Phases: A) Design-Construction Phase With A Forecast Duration Of Approximately 36 Months.
