Building Completion Work – Msg-1 - Ve 3530 Drywall Work. The Tender Includes Drywall And Wet Plastering Work For The Cytostatics Laboratory Area And The Associated Administrative Preliminary Area At The Zithaklinik In The City Of Luxembourg. This Is A Conversion And Renovation Measure In The Existing Building. The Former Nursing Station On Level 5 In Component C (Built Around 1982) Will Be Converted Into A Clean Room With Gmp Certification For The Production Of Cytostatics, Biotherapies And Other Pharmaceutical Products As Well As An Administrative Preliminary Area Without Gmp Certification. The Former Nursing Station Has Already Been Completely Gutted, Including The Demolition Of The Floor Structure. Supporting Structure, Stairwell Cores And Supply Shafts Remain Intact. The Tender Includes: • Wet Plastering Work • Drywall Work - Stud Walls • Dry Plaster • Suspended Plasterboard Ceilings • Suspended Metal Strip Grid Ceilings • Suspended Mineral Fiber Ceilings For Renovation Work On The 5Th Floor, Component C
