Placement Services Of Personnel - Service Of Assignment Of Workers For Temporary Performance Of Work. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Services Of Assigning Workers By A Temporary Employment Agency, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Labor Law (Official Gazette 93/14, 127/17, 98/19, 151/22, 64/23), Conditions And Requirements From This Procurement Documentation And The Attached Cost List. The Performance Of Procurement Services Should Be In Accordance With Legal And By-Law Regulations And The Rules Of The Profession. Assignment Of Workers Is Carried Out For The Purpose Of Temporarily Performing Tasks From The Clients Activities, Which By Their Nature, Work Organization And Professional Standards And Rules Fall Within The Scope Of The Clients Jobs And Tasks. For The Needs Of The Client, It Is Necessary To Transfer 30 Workers (Cleaner/Cleaner In The System With Special Working Conditions, Auxiliary Worker In The System With Special Working Conditions). The Service Will Be Used Successively And According To Actual Needs, And The Client Is Not Obliged To Claim The Entire Number Of Workers Provided For Assignment. If It Is About Foreign Workers, The Selected Tenderer Is Obliged To Carry Out The Procedure Of Nostrification Of The Documentation Possessed By The Worker And/Or Ensure That The Competent Authorities Of The Republic Of Croatia Issue The Appropriate Documentation. The Selected Bidder Is Responsible For The Damage Caused To The Client By The Seconded Worker At Work Or In Connection With The Work, According To The General Regulations Of Mandatory Law. It Is Mandatory To Submit Bids For The Entire Procurement Item. The Offered Service Must Fully Meet All The Required Technical Conditions From The Description Of The Procurement Item And The Specifications Found In The Cost Estimate, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Procurement Documentation
