The Road Maintenance Contract Is A Service Contract With A Target Price, Which Emphasizes The Cooperation Between The Customer And The Contractor During The Contract. In The Road Maintenance Contract, The Contractor Includes Maintenance Management Tasks, Procurement Of Maintenance Works And Contractual Maintenance Work. The Contract Covers Winter And Summer Road Maintenance In Accordance With The Contract Documents. The Contract Includes Summer And Winter Maintenance Of Roads Located In The Kemi Contract Area. There Is A Total Of Approximately 1,200 Kilometers Of Roads Included In The Contract, Of Which Approximately 60 Km Of Is 2 Carriageway, Approximately 110 Km Of Is 1 Carriageway, Approximately 300 Km Of Gravel Roads And Approximately 170 Km Of Walking And Cycling Paths.
