Architect For Stores Warehouse North Delta Works Yard . City Of Delta Is Seeking The Services Of An Architect To Design The City’S North Delta Stores Facility At 8100 Nordel Way, Delta Bc. The City Is Seeking An Architect With Experience In Warehouse Spaces Incorporating Racking.This Assignment Is To Encompass, But Is Not Necessarily Limited To, The Following: • Prepare Preliminary Design For Renovations For Delta’S Review And Prepare An Architectural And Engineering Class “C” Construction Cost Estimate; • Prepare Detailed Design And Construction Drawings Of The Renovations Which Includes Any Constructive Feedback From The Stakeholders And Prepare An Architectural And Engineering Class “A” Construction Cost Estimate; • Prepare Contract Documents And Specifications Which Are Complete And Concise; • Provide Contract Administration And Inspection Of The Tendered Work Which Shall Include: Attending Site Meetings, Review And Approval Of Shop Drawings, Progress Payment/Contemplated Change Order Reviews And Site Inspection, And; • Prepare Record Drawings Following Receipt Of Re-Lined Marked Up Drawings From The Contractor.
