Engineering Design Services - Research, Structural Expertise, Preparation Of Technical Passport, Conceptual Project, Documents For Assessing The Need For Eia And Technical Specification For Awarding The Design And Construction (Engineering) Of The Site Reconstruction Of The Radomir Station Complex Under The Project: Reconstruction Of The Pernik And Radomir Station Complexes. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Study, Structural Expertise, Preparation Of A Technical Passport, Conceptual Project, Documents For Assessing The Need For An Eia And Technical Specification For Awarding The Design And Construction (Engineering) Of The Site Reconstruction Of The Radomir Station Complex Under The Project: Reconstruction Of The Pernik And Radomir Station Complexes. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Following Activities:  Architectural Photography Of The Reception Building And Surrounding Space;  Constructive Surveying And Surveying Of Reception Building At Radomir Station; Preparation Of A Structural Expertise On The Bearing Capacity Of The Reception Building; Structural Expertise Report With Recommended Measures To Rehabilitate And Strengthen The Structure In Accordance With Current Regulations.  Complete Technical Inspection Of All Installations And Systems / Water Supply And Sewage; Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning; Electrical High-Current And Low-Current Installations And Systems/, Incl. And Of External Communications To Service Provider Connection Points. Applying Survey Data For Internal And External Communications To Architectural Survey Drawings; Energy Efficiency Survey Of The Reception Building.  Compilation Of A Technical Passport For The Reception Building Of Radomir Station. Coordination Of The Technical Passport With The Ministry Of Culture And Its Registration With The Ministry Of Regional Development And Public Works (Mrrd).  Issuance Of Designation Visa In The Name Of The Employer. For The Issuance Of The Visa, The Contractor Prepares Information, Sketches, Maintains Correspondence With The Competent Institutions And Other Necessary For The Issuance Of The Visa.  Development Of Architectural Layouts With Functional Reconstruction Of The Reception Building And Surrounding Space, In Two Versions, According To The Requirements Specified In Specific Requirements In This Technical Specification And Conditions And Requirements Of The Carrier Bdz-Pp /Presented In Appendix 3 To This Technical Specification/. The Development Should Correspond To The Concept Design Phase. The Options Comply With The Recommendations Given By The Structural Expertise For The Reconstruction Of The Supporting Structure. The Options Must Be Accompanied By Justifications Containing Criteria That Should Allow A Proper Distinction Between The Alternatives. Criteria Should Include, As A Minimum, But Not Limited To: Technical, Operational, Financial And Social Criteria.  After Reviewing The Prepared Designs, The Contracting Authority Decides On His Preferred Option, And Can Choose An Option That Is A Combination Of Two Or More Options.  After Selection Of An Option By The Contracting Authority, Development Of A Conceptual Project For The Reconstruction Of The Reception Building Radomir And The Surrounding Area In All Parts - Part Architectural, Structural, Electrical High-Current Installations And Systems, Electrical Low-Current Installations And Systems, Water Supply And Sewerage /Vv/, Heating,
