Repair And Maintenance Services – Maintenance And Upkeep Of Inasep High Voltage Cabins. In Accordance With The Directives Of The General Regulations On Electrical Installations, The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Maintenance And Upkeep Of The 92 High Voltage Cabins (Including 7 Overhead) On The Sites Referenced In These Special Specifications. Non-Exhaustive Description Which Will Be Detailed Below In This Csch: • Contact The Distribution Network Manager To Plan Their Interventions For The Power Cut In Order To Be Able To Work In The Cells Without Voltage And For The Restoration Of Power; • Dust The High-Voltage Cells And The Cells With The Transformers; • Completely Clean The Cabin And Remove Dirt And Waste; • Check The Tightness Of Transformer Connections, High-Voltage Cables, Low-Voltage Cables, Spacing, Circuit Breakers And All Constraints; • Lubricate The Contacts; • Check The Emergency Blocks, The Presence And Condition Of The Pictograms, The Condition Of The Pair Of High-Voltage Gloves, Etc.; • Establish A Maintenance Report Including The Results Of Annual Maintenance And Inspection Operations, In Accordance With Article 273 Of The Rgie And A Special Register In Each Cabin; • The Possible Replacement Of Elements Such As A Pair Of High-Voltage Gloves, Pictograms, Emergency Blocks, Fuses, Protections, Indicators, Etc. Will Be Done Either During The Interview, In Agreement With The Project Owner And Charged To The Quantity Survey Item. Sum Reserved, Or Later, To Follow The Analysis Of A Quote Sent By The Successful Bidder To The Project Owner And The Re-Establishment Of A Purchase Order.
