1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Renovation Of Water Supply And Sewage Installations In Buildings And Residential Premises Constituting A Municipal Resource, Managed And Administered By The Housing Management Department, Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego W Częstochowie Spółka Z O. O., Consisting Of: 1) Renovations Of Water Supply And Sewage Installations In Residential Premises, Including Those Intended For Settlement, Constituting A Municipal Resource, Managed And Administered By The Housing Management Department. Mieszkaniowa Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego W Częstochowa Spółka Z O. O.;2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Commence The Renovation Of The Installation With The Start And End Dates Of The Works In Accordance With The Received Order. In Special Cases Requiring Urgent Renovation Of The Installation, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order The Work To The Contractor By Telephone By The Dispatcher Or The Operations Department.2. The Scope Of Implementation Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 8 To The Swz And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. In The Offer Price, The Contractor Must Include All Costs Necessary To Complete The Order, Resulting Directly From The Swz, As Well As Those Not Included In It, And Without Which The Order Cannot Be Performed. 3. Acting In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 And 2 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractors To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Following Activities Within The Scope Of Contract Execution, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, Including: 1) The Ordering Party Requires That All Persons Implementing The Subject Of The Order Who Will Perform Actual Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Fitter Of Networks, Installations And Sanitary Devices - Profession Code 712616, According To The Classification Of Professions And Specialties Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of August 7, 2014 On The Classification Of Professions And Specialties For The Needs Of The Labor Market And The Scope Of Its Application (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 227, As Amended) Related To The Subject Of The Order, Described In The List Of Works - Quantity Surveying And Stwiorb, Were Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, 2) The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employs The Above-Mentioned Persons For The Period Of Execution Of The Order. If The Employment Relationship Is Terminated Before The End Of This Period, The Employee Undertakes To Immediately Employ Another Person In His Place.
