Pest-Control Services - Mosquito Control 2026-2028. Among The Objectives Of The Mosquito Control Program Defined By The Contracting Authority Is That The Current Multi-Stakeholder Task Performance (District Municipalities And The Bm National Directorate General For Disaster Management) Should Be Carried Out Uniformly, Under The Coordination Of The Metropolitan Municipality. Regarding The Current Divided Task Performance, The Contracting Authority Requested Data From The Relevant Actors For The Past 3 Years, During The Processing Of Which, Chemical Treatment For The Past 3 Years On Average It Took Place On 34,293 Hectares (In 2024 It Was 51,196 Hectares). The Primary Goal Of The Tenderers Mosquito Abatement Program Is To Use Biological Abatement While Sparing The Environment. Therefore, If The Conditions And Circumstances Permit, Biological Abatement Must Be Provided In The Administrative Area Of ​​The Capital City Of Budapest, Approximately 52,000 Hectares. Of This Amount, The 5,000 Hectares Prescribed As Eligibility Requirements Are Less Than 10%. The Provision Of Data Requested By The Tenderer Confirms That These Reference Values ​​Are Met And That Bidders Capable Of Verifying Them Are Available. Based On All Of This, The Reference Values ​​Were Determined Depending On The Data Provision And In Accordance With The Goals Of The Program (Prioritizing Biological Treatment), With Particular Attention To The Fact That The Bidders Have A Higher Reference In Biological Treatment, Thus Having As Much Experience As Possible. At The Direct Order Of The Customer, The Contractor Shall Carry Out The Following Eradication Technologies And Methods In The Administrative Area Of ​​The Capital Of Budapest (525 Km2): A) Aerial Biological Mosquito Larval Eradication At An Extensive Mosquito Breeding Site (Over 50 Ha Area) Associated With The Application Of Liquid; B) Aerial Biological Mosquito Larval Control By Liquid Application On Fragmented, Small-Scale Mosquito Breeding Grounds (Above 1-50 Ha Area); C) Aerial Biological Mosquito Larva Reduction In An Extensive Mosquito Breeding Site (Over 50 Ha Area) Associated With Granule Application; D) Aerial Biological Mosquito Larva Control By Granule Application On Fragmented, Small-Scale Mosquito Breeding Grounds (Above 1-50 Ha Area); E) Aerial Chemical Adult Control F) Terrestrial Biological Mosquito Larva Control Over An Area Of ​​15 Ha Accessible By Land, With Continuous Spraying G) Ground Biological Mosquito Larva Control Accessible By Ground In An Area Of ​​0.1-15 Ha, On Foot, And H) Ground Chemical Adult Control.
