Architectural Services For Buildings - Selection Of A Contractor For The Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Phase And The Implementation Of The Authors Supervision Of A Site: Introduction Of Ee Measures And Major Renovation Of The Building Of Ppmg D. The Order Includes Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Phase And Implementation Of Authors Supervision Of A Site: Introduction Of Ee Measures And Overhaul Of The Building Of Ppmg D. Chintulov And Pgpze Z. Stoyanov. The Contractor Should Prepare A Working Project For All Parts. The Building, Whose Major Renovation Is The Object Of The Design, Is Used For The Needs Of Two Schools: Ppmg Dobri Chintulov And Pgpze Zahariy Stoyanov. The Project Should Include The Following Interventions: 1. Introduction Of Measures, According To A Prepared Survey For Energy Efficiency: Thermal Insulation Of External Walls, Roof And Floor; Replacement Of Windows And Glazing; Supply And Installation Of Air-To-Air Heat Pump Systems And/Or Vrf Systems; Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures In Common Areas; Delivery And Installation Of A 50Kwp Photovoltaic System, Complete With Monocrystalline Photovoltaic Panel, Inverter, Battery And Free Structure With Counterweights; Accompanying Activities On Ee Measures. 2. Implementation Of Measures According To The Technical Survey Of The Building: Delivery And Installation Of An Elevator For An Accessible Environment; Delivery And Installation Of A Stair Lift; Construction Of New Toilets; Repair Of The Pavement Around The Building And Implementation Of A New Pavement And An Accessible Environment For People With Disabilities; Supply And Installation Of Fire Protection Strips; Replacement Of The Emergency And Evacuation Lighting In The Building. 3. Internal Repair, Including: Replacement Of Flooring; Internal Remodeling Of Part Of The Premises; Plastering, Priming And Painting Of Rooms And Offices; Repair Of Existing Toilets; Replacement Of Electrical Installation; Basement Renovation; Construction Of A Video Surveillance System In Rooms, Corridors And Common Areas; Replacement Of Interior Doors, Etc. The Contractor, By Means Of Separate Legal Persons, Authors Of The Project Documentation In Parts, Will Carry Out Author Supervision In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 162 Of The Zut And The Performance Contract. With The Implementation Of Authors Supervision By The Designers In Parts, The Exact Implementation Of The Project, Compliance With The Architectural, Technological And Construction Rules And Norms, As Well As The Preparation Of The Project Documentation For Putting The Site Into Operation, Is Guaranteed. ​​​​​​​
