The Painter Is Responsible For: A) Carrying Out Painting Services And Repairs On Facades And Internal Environments; B) Prepare Surfaces, Perform Sanding And Correct Imperfections; C) Apply Paints Of Various Types (Enamel, Acrylic, Pva, Latex, Resin, Varnish, Epoxy, Anti-Rust, Textures, Graphite, Among Others); D) Apply, As Necessary, Two To Three Coats Of Paint, Ensuring Adequate Coverage And Finish; E) Carry Out Repairs To Masonry And Surface Treatment For Painting; F) Carry Out Cleaning Of Gutters, Slabs And Other Work Areas; G) Comply With The Orders Of The Immediate Superior And Carry Out Other Related Activities. 4.1.4.
