The Rabun County Water And Sewer Authority Requests Statements Of Qualifications (Rfqs) From Professional Engineering Design Firms To Provide Preliminary Engineering, Surveying, Design, Permitting, Bidding And Construction Phase Services For The Authoritys Upcoming Water And Sewer System Expansion And Improvement Program. The Program Initially Includes Expansion And Improvements To The Sanitary Sewer Collection, Pumping And Treatment Systems.Water Distribution And Storage Facilities. Future Projects May Include Water Distribution Facilities.The Required Format And Details For Submitting The Rfq May Be Obtained At The Authoritys Website At Www.Rcwsa.Org/Rcwsa-Happenings/Current-Projects/ Qualification Packages Must Be Sealed, Delivered And Received By The Authority And Marked Rfq 2026-012 On The Outside Of The Envelope. The Rfqs Will Be Received By The Rabun County Water And Sewer Authority At 137 Hiawassee Street Clayton, Georgia 30525 Until 4:00 P.M. Est On Friday February 20, 2026.
