In The Event Of A Failure, On The Electric Motors Of The Specified Technological Positions, The Same Leads To A Decrease In The Power Of 5 And 6 Eb. In Order To Be Replaced, A Spare Of The Same Or Similar Type Of Electric Motor Must Be Available. The Spare Electric Motor Must Have The Same Dimensions And Connection Dimensions, The Same Location Of The Inlet Box For The Power Cables, As Well As The Same Location Of The Water Piping. The Ways Of Water Connection, Power And Control Cables Must Be The Same As That Of Ed, Type Ab1749/16K. Detailed Information On The Connection Dimensions Is Indicated In Appendix 1 To The Terms Of Reference. The Replacement Between The Currently Installed Ed Type And The Analogous One Should Be Possible Without The Need To Carry Out Any Reconstruction Of The Equipment. Main Characteristics Of The Requirements For The Electric Motor Type Ab1749/16K: - Power - 1600 Kw; - Stator Current - 204A; - Synchronous Frequency - 375 Rpm; - Voltage - 6000 V (±5%); - Frequency - 50 Hz; - Insulation Class - ≥ B; - Efficiency - 94.5%; - Cosφ - 0.80; - Climate Performance - U3; - Multiple Of Max. Torque - 2.0; - Multiple Of The Initial Starting Torque - 0.9; - Multiplicity Of Starting Current - 6; - Cooling System - Air, Open; - Type Of Driven Mechanisms (Pumps) - Opv 2-145 E; The Direction Of Rotation, If Viewed From The Side Of The Working End Of The Shaft, I.E. From The Pump Side, Must Be To The Right. The Guides And Heel Bearing Are In Oil Baths, With No External Oil Circulation. The Oil Is Cooled By Means Of Oil Coolers Built Into The Baths, Through Which The Cooling Water Circulates. The Inlet And Outlet Connections Of The Cooling Water, Through The Oil Coolers, As Well As The Connections For Filling, Draining And The Oil Indicators Of The Oil Pans, Are Shown In Appendix No. 2 Of The Technical Specification. In The Upper Part Of The Electric Motor, Contact Rings Are Mounted, Through Which A Servomechanism Built Into The Shaft Line Of The Unit Is Controlled.
