The Contract Consists Of The Installation Of A Video Surveillance System Whose Main Objectives Are As Follows: * Surveillance Of Cantonal And Municipal Public Domains In The Territory Of Vandoeuvres According To The Implementation Plan Provided In The Appendix To These Specifications; * Prevention Of Acts Such As Burglaries, Break-Ins, Destruction Of Public Property, Violence And Any Other Crime; * The Provision Of Investigative Elements And Evidence Allowing The Filing Of Criminal Complaints And The Instruction Of Investigations And Research By The Competent Criminal And Police Authorities. The Contract Includes The Following Services: * Preparation And Submission Of The Necessary Authorizations * Supply And Installation Of Equipment (Cameras), Masts And Supports For The Cameras (Including Civil Engineering Works), Electrical And Data Cabling, Computer Equipment. * Provision Of Licenses And Subscriptions. * User Testing And Training. * Hotline And Helpline. * Provision Of The Hosting Solution With Subscription.
