Architectural, Engineering And Surveying Services - Identification, Geodesic Surveying, Development Of A Register And Development Of A Gis Application For The Hydrotechnical Facilities On The Black Sea Coast In The Territorial Scope Of Burgas Region. The Subject Of This Order Is Identification, Geodetic Surveying, Creation Of A Register Of The Existing Hydrotechnical Facilities - Public State Property On The Territory Of Burgas Region, Gis Application And Technical Passports Of The Facilities. The Long-Term Goal Of This Order Is For The Contractor To Visit And Photograph All The Facilities, To Find The Technical Documentation Available For Them /Location, Coordinates, Photographic Material/ And To Describe The Type And Condition Of Each Facility. The Collected Information Should Be Systematized In A Register. According To Art. 7, Para. 12 Of The Law On The Organization Of The Black Sea Coast (New - Sg No. 16 Of 2024, In Force From 01.01.2025) The Maintenance And Repair Of Marine Hydrotechnical Facilities, Breakwaters, Systems And Facilities Under Art. 6, Para. 4, Item 2 – Public State Property, Protecting Against The Harmful Effects On The Seashore, Which Are Located Outside The Boundaries Of The Urbanized Territories, Are Organized By The Regional Governor. The Regional Governor Prepares Annually And Submits To The Council Of Ministers A Plan-Account For The Implementation Of The Activities Under The First Sentence. The Contractor Must Carry Out The Activities Described Below: Activity 1. Identification Of All Facilities - Public State Property Within The Scope Of Art. 6, Para. 4, Item 2 Of The Zuchk On The Territory Of The Burgas Region. - The Contractor Must Study And Collect Information, Classify And Determine The Type Of Each And Every Hydrotechnical Facility Within The Scope Of The Black Sea Coast On The Territory Of The Burgas Region. The Information Should Be Collected From All Existing Sources - Publicly Accessible Registers And Archival Documents Located In The Burgas Regional Administration, The Municipalities Of The Burgas Region, Geozashchita Eood - Varna, Rdnsk - Burgas, The Ministry Of Regional Development And Public Works, The Ministry Of Tourism, Etc. The Contracting Authority Will Authorize A Specific Member Of The Contractors Team To Have The Authority To Search For And Collect Information On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority. According To Preliminary Data, There Are About 200 Facilities. In This Issue, Port Sites And Municipal Facilities Are Not Subject Of The Order. Activity 2. Visual And Primary Geodetic Surveying.-The Contractor Must Physically Visit Each Facility. To Make A Base Geodetic Survey /Attachment Of The Specific Facility With Several Main Points - Benchmarks To The Evrs-2007 Height System/, From Which To Determine A Base Level Of The Specific Facility. The Survey Must Contain A Minimum Of 5 Geodetic Points That Are: - First Point: Dry Point - Axial Level. Initial For The Specific Level; - Second Point: Point To The Left Of The Levels. In Order To Determine And Benchmark The First Point. - Third Point: Point To The Right Of The Levels. In Order To Determine And Benchmark The First Point. - Fourth Point: Middle Of The Levels.
