Telecommunication Consultancy Services – Access Point Performance Evaluation And The Provision Of Technical Support Consultant Services For The Project: Wifi4gr - Development Of Public Wireless Broadband Internet Access Points. The Object Of The Contract To Be Concluded, With This Announcement, Is The Provision Of Technical Support Consultant Services To The Special Program Management Service Digital Transformation (Eyd P Psimet) In The Implementation Of The Following Actions, Taking Into Account The Modifications Of The Institutional Framework (Eu And National), Throughout The Execution Of The Contract. The Contractors Work Concerns Support In Matters Such As The Following Indicatively And Not Exclusively: 1. Support And Coordination Of Communication Between The Contracting Authority, Contractors And Municipalities And Management/Expansion Of The Existing Relevant Information System And Portal. Municipalities Data Management (Collection Of Data, Verification Of Validity Of Data, Contact Persons, Decisions Of The Board Of Directors, Power Supply, Connection) 2. Support During The Control Of Deliverables, During The Control Of Certificates Of Quantitative Delivery Of Installed Equipment And Throughout The Receiving Process. 3. Support In The Process Of Updating Or Migrating Points Per Executive, Based On The Requirements Of The Wifi4gr Project. 4. Configuration Of Metrics And Infrastructure Performance Scenarios. 5. Regular Wifi4gr Project Progress Reports And Statistics Management During The Operation Phase 6. On-Site Verification Inspections And Quality Measurements To Support The Wifi4gr Project Acceptance Process 7. Standardization Of Procedures – Flows And Inspection Forms 8. Elaboration Of Measurement Plans, Data Analysis, And Report Generation; 9. Support To The Contracting Authority Throughout The Operation Phase Of The Project Wifi4gr And Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. 10. The Coverage Of Ad Hoc Needs Of The Contracting Authority And Support In Individual Issues That May Arise During The Development Of Related Issues, Which Fall Within The Broader Context Of The Agreement.
