The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Following Services: A) Provision Of Publicly Available Electronic Communications Services, Namely Mass Sms Sending Services By Connecting Vzp Cr Communication Equipment To The Telecommunications Network And Mass Sms Sending Services By Building An Access Point Directly To The Suppliers Sms Center (I.E. Provision Of Sms Gateway Telecommunications Services) According To The Current Needs Of Vzp Cr, Incl. Carrying Out The Necessary Preparatory Activities. These Are The Following Services: I. Bulk Sms Service: By Connecting The Vzp Cr Communication Device To The Telecommunications Network And By Building An Access Point Directly To The Suppliers Sms Center (I.E. Provision Of An Sms Gateway Service), A Bulk Sms Service Will Be Provided To The Extent Necessary (According To The Needs Of The Vzp Cr) For The Following Activities Of The Vzp Cr: - Sending Emergency Sms, - Sending Sms Information Messages, - Soft Debt Collection For Insurance Premium Payers (Further All Also Only Service A), Ii. Mass Sms Sending Service For E-Vzp Needs: By Building An Access Point Directly To The Sms Center Of The Supplier, The Telecommunication Service Of The Sms Gateway Will Be Ensured In The Form Of An Application Interface (Api) (Hereinafter Referred To As Service B). B) Providing Customer Support For The Above Services (Ie Service A And Service B).
